• “Certificates” refers to documents or files uploaded and authenticated on the blockchain via box.chainindex.one.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform, connecting a wallet, uploading files, creating tokens, or using any of our services, you confirm that you:

• Have read and understood these Terms

• Agree to be legally bound by them

• Meet all legal requirements in your jurisdiction to use blockchain-based services

If you do not meet these conditions, you must not use the Platform.

3. No Registration — Wallet-Based Access

ChainIndex.one does not require account creation or personal data.

Access to all functionality is performed exclusively through your blockchain wallet.

You are fully responsible for:

• Your wallet security

• Private keys, seed phrases, passwords

• Transactions made from your wallet

We do not store, manage, or recover wallet credentials.

4. Services Provided

ChainIndex.one offers decentralized tools, including but not limited to:

4.1 Token Constructor (ico.chainindex.one)

Allows users to create and deploy custom tokens on X1 EcoChain.

4.2 Certificate Box (box.chainindex.one)

Allows users to upload PDF or image files to generate blockchain-verified certificates and share them securely with other wallet addresses.

4.3 Blockchain Utilities

Includes smart-contract interactions, token operations, and document verification through the X1 EcoChain network.

We may update, modify, or discontinue any service at any time.

5. User Responsibilities

By using the Platform, you agree:

• Not to upload illegal, harmful, or copyrighted materials without permission

• Not to use the Platform for fraud, scams, or identity falsification

• Not to interfere with the functionality or security of the Platform

• To comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction

You acknowledge that all actions taken through your wallet are your responsibility.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not use ChainIndex.one to:

• Engage in unlawful activities

• Upload malicious files or harmful code

• Violate intellectual property rights

• Impersonate individuals or entities

• Engage in harassment, abuse, or harmful behavior

• Launder money or violate AML/CTF regulations

• Distribute sensitive personal data of others without consent

Violation of these rules may result in permanent blocking of wallet interaction with our smart contracts.

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform, its design, code, branding, and content are the intellectual property of ChainIndex.one or its licensors.

Users retain ownership of:

• Files they upload

• Tokens they create

• Certificates they issue

However, by using the Platform, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive right to process files solely for certificate generation.

8. Blockchain Transactions

All actions performed through the Platform, including token creation and certificate issuance, involve blockchain transactions that are:

• Irreversible

• Publicly visible

• Subject to network fees

We do not control the blockchain, validators, miners, or network availability.

You are responsible for all transaction fees.

9. No Warranty / “As Is” Use

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind.

We do not guarantee:

• Continuous or error-free operation

• Compatibility with all devices or wallets

• The accuracy, security, or availability of blockchain networks

• Recovery of lost certificates, tokens, or wallet access

Blockchain carries risks that you accept when using the Platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ChainIndex.one and its operators shall not be liable for:

• Loss of funds

• Loss of tokens or certificates

• Misuse of the Platform by users

• Unauthorized access to your wallet

• Smart contract failures outside our control

• Network congestion or downtime

• Loss of business, revenue, or data

Your usage is at your own risk.

11. Third-Party Services

ChainIndex.one may link to external services (wallet providers, blockchain explorers, etc.).

We are not responsible for:

• Their content

• Their security

• Their functionality

Your interaction with third parties is at your own responsibility.

Continued use of the Platform after changes are published indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of MatTalNet, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes must be resolved in MatTalNet courts.
